A Dirt Bandits experience is raw, loud and sometimes a little messy. We have no pavement, no windscreen and no windows. Some days it's windy and dusty, others its cold and wet.
You might get a little high, a little dirty and maybe even a little wet, well very wet actually but thats all good because unfiltered fun is awesome.

THE LOCATION.
Matapari Farm is located in Canterbury's adventure playground about 1 hour from Christchurch.
The farm is a 120 hectare grazing property on the banks of the Rakaia River, and is a world away form everything else yet just 12 minutes from Methven.
Millions of years in the making, our unique location has an abundant ecosystem providing a sanctuary for birdlife, little animals, big animals and adventure loving humans.
For Fire Prevention reasons, Matapari Farm enforces a strict Non-Smoking Policy.
THE VENUE.
Before we came along, our wee shed was the home to the farmer’s trusty jet boat. But after some 60+ years, it was time to give the old girl a makeover and breathe some life into her tired steely bones.
She might be old, not exactly straight… and even a bit rattly in the Nor’ Wester, but she is one awesome wee shed.
Unfortunately the jet boat no longer resides here, but in memory of the awesome family times spent on the water… and a fair bit of time on the shingle, we named her The Boat Shed.
